Well, that’s a downer. Especially from a spiritual coach, who spends her time helping empaths, lightworkers, and mystics pursue their soul missions.

Why would I debunk the idea that wide-scale change is possible in our lifetimes? So, you can focus on what you truly came here to do.

Not to save the world or shift the consciousness of 8 billion people instantaneously. No. Your role is to simply lay the foundations. Shake up existing systems.

Speak out against narcissistic leadership while being an empathetic leader yourself. Stand up against injustices. Get people talking and moving, even just a tiny bit.

Push the boundaries of the mainstream, be a questioner. Illuminate the shadows by being a sacred mirror. Experiment with your life and your business, if you have one, as a role model for a new paradigm.

Propose new ideas, even when no one is ready.

Look, there’s not a conscious person who wouldn’t love to fast forward 300 years and reincarnate on Earth to see how things turned out. But unfortunately, we aren’t there yet. No amount of wishful thinking, vision boards, or positive affirmations will change things for humans and our planet overnight.

We ARE making progress; change is one of the constants of the Universe. Energy is always in motion. Occasionally, we experience personal or collective catalyst events that temporarily…
