CRT is not about white hate, it’s about our ability to look critically at the actions that white people took and still do, that brutalized and oppressed people of color. If we can’t first admit that something was wrong, how can we ever move forward? But that requires not needing to justify or explain away - which is how most white people who are confronted with the history of America react. When someone’s feelings about being called out are more important than the total decimation of black culture because of slavery and it’s long ranging after effects, that’s the definition of white fragility…
