Imagine for a moment that you are only fluent in one verbal and written language, when suddenly you find yourself dropped off in a new country, where everyone speaks a language you don’t understand. You have no clue what they are saying and can’t even read the road signs to navigate.

The deep feeling of panic triggers your survival instincts. How will you find food, shelter and safety?

For many empaths whose souls chose to come to this planet right now, it’s a very similar feeling.

When your nervous system and personal energetic field is designed to perceive subtle shifts in energy fields around you, life as a human can feel absolutely overwhelming.

Picking up energy without knowing the language activates your survival mode. Your first instinct is to isolate and hide. Or to protect and shield.
