I call this out too. In aN entrepreneur group I’m in, a lot call themselves ‘girl boss’ or ‘boss babe’. I state, you mean women, not girls right? And so many people get in a huff, especially other women, because we’ve been enculturated to believe this is fine, when it’s not.
