I just went back online, recently updating my profile and this time, I decided to be very authentic, talking about the inner work I’ve done to be ready for a serious LTR/marriage and what I’m desiring in a partner. It’s fine to include these details provided they are phrased in a positive way, because it’s part of the filtering process.

Also, I’ve seen two guys comment that they want every woman to post a full body shot. I understand men are visual and generally speaking, not always more sexually oriented, but what they don’t understand is most women on these sites get more attention from men than we can even keep up with, just from headshots.

If a man only messages me about my appearance, without referencing anything he read and connected with from my profile, I don’t even respond. Both people need to put in a little work, make an effort.

I am not on there to be your eye-candy, we are adults, let’s engage in an intelligent conversation before we begin the sexual innuendos. Sex is great, but mature dudes know not to lead with that, even if they feel it…
