I remember going to my first camp fire girls meeting at age 10, with a similar expectation — that we would actually be camping. Macrame was just not my bag. As one of the few women who worked for 10 years in the landscape industry, I certainly understand the share of comments and the need to work just that much harder to prove to male colleagues and sometimes clients I could cut it, yet cut it I did:) holler out to you for forging your own path!
