I see this more as policing of the non monogamy part, applying a puritanical version of what constitutes an ‘acceptable’ relationship, determining by the founders of big Tech and their value system. I’m not poly personally, but know a number of people for whom this relationship and lifestyle choice works great. To each his/her/their own!
