I think it’s a very interesting idea, not having any ‘owners’ of companies, with every company set up as an employee owned co-op. One thing I learned earlier today is that companies with billionaires only make up 5% of all companies in the world. The majority of millions of business owners are solopreneurs, running their companies completely by themselves or by hiring independent contractors - so the idea of electing CEOs wouldn’t really work for most small businesses, they don’t have enough employees to even hold an election. I think there would need to be either a profit cap and/or employee minimum foe this type of system. And since the 5% control all market and tax law through political donations, this will not likely happen anytime soon. But, I love it when people make suggestions instead of just venting about the problem most of us agree on
