I think why more people, especially those older than 40, haven’t adopted decentralized models, crypto and Web 3.0 are because, the jargon is so different and anything crypto sounds very complicated, even if it isn’t. There’s a perception (no offense intended) that it’s mainly 20-something IT dudes geeking out over celebrities (Justin doesn’t help that perception), and drooling about how much money is to be made, which feels like our existing economic structure. Where are the women in this space? I would love to tap into new ideas and be a content creator who owns my work, however I don’t see many people like me, or my clients in there.
