I’m kind of divided on this one. Not divided about whether billionaires are getting rich off the backs of their employees and owe them everything in terms of a living wage and lowered stress, those are a given - unless your a leader with no compassion, if the shoe fits wear it. However I will openly admit that my biggest bucket list item is to go to outer space. Now, I don’t have a cool $28M sitting around to make that happen, I’ve decided if commercial space flight ever gets to $10k per ticket in my lifetime, I’m going. But according to the calculations you set out in the article, I’ve already given ten times the percentage Jeff Bezos has, to help meet the basic needs of my fellow humans on Earth. My question to Jeff is: if you already knew how you were going to spend the Amazon ‘winnings’, why did you bother to ask other people in the first place? Keep calling it out Shannon!
