I've worked in all-female organizations as well as almost all male organizations. Men are by far, more emotional, irrational, dominant, fragile egos, difficult to work with, resistant to constructive criticism, stabbing each other in the back, than the woman I worked with, who were collaborative, curious about how their behavior was impacting others, compassionate, etc. This study doesn't surprise me in the least. Whenever a man perpetuates the 'more emotional stereotype, I remind him that men are responsible for perpetuating 99.9% of all wars, silly disputes over territory, resources and status...
