Just because someone else writes an unfavorable review of someone’s theory, does not mean that they are correct either. Having suffered for the past decade with fibromyalgia, I can definitively say that the emotional release process I have been through has been at least as helpful, if not more so in my healing process. Just because we don’t have any way to effectively measure the impact of repressed emotions or trauma, doesn’t make it any less possible as one explanation of chronic pain.
