No one in the sensitivity community is pushing HSP on anyone. It's a self-identifying temperament trait, processing information more deeply, with more brain activation in the emotional centers of the brain. As an MD, I challenge you to get on Google Scholar and read any of the 200+ scientific studies that have been conducted across the world on the official term: sensory processing sensitivity. Instead of reading a Medium article by a person known to rant about how others must identify with her diagnosis. This is clearly her trauma response.
