Thank you for sharing about the importance of respecting diversity. Last week, I attended a leadership conference with the Chinese Institute of Engineers here in Dallas, TX. It was a remarkable experience to interact with so many from a different culture than my own and yet, as I listened in the workshops, their philosophy on leadership directly aligns with my own values.
