Thank you for writing openly about this, I had one of those running down your leg emergencies yesterday and was so grateful I work from home with the bathroom just steps away. When I used to work in the corporate world, I suffered through some damn painful cramps while trying to appear busy, it sucked. Menstruation is a natural process and women need to be supported in releasing the shame of what happens every month with our bodies and when it stops happening altogether. Bravo 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
