The very nature of contemplation invites us to dive deep, to reflect upon wisdom, insights and Divine inspiration, even when we don’t understand it at the time. Keeping at it, re-reading, listening again, asking over and over, is the process. I’ve found in my practice, there are many things I come across that I don’t understand, but go back later and something opens. I know, because I write this way as well, that you aren’t using this language to be superior. You are attempting to describe the indescribable in human terms. And then, it’s important to listen to the feedback of readers, to contemplate their perspective. Might someone who feel intimidated, then simply turn away, instead of accessing the messages they need to hear? I balance this by sometimes writing more ‘practically’ and other times allowing the complexity to emerge…
