This has been very challenging for me, as I have several close friends, colleagues and even family who voted for Trump. Each had their own reasons, some financial, some religious, some racist and misogynistic.

At the time, I held the opinion that if you support someone like him, you must be like him — which led to quite a bit of blocking on social media. Now, I am not so sure, but still keeping my distance for my own mental and emotional health.
