What? Who thinks this is a real agenda? Some women are attracted to black men, and some women are attracted to you as a person. It doesn’t mean anyone was rejected by someone of their own race so they see you as second best - and if they are treating you like this, they need a swift kick in the ass. Seems like a lot of assumptions to me, but when I previously dated two men of color (not counting my current Hispanic partner), they also talked about these assumptions.
