While I agree that many women do not see various forms of abuse as such, likely because of their childhood attachments and conditioning, it’s also true that as women, we can perpetuate patriarchy as well. Which was my exact point, that as a women for you to even entertain publicly the idea that rape might have an evolutionary advantage is damaging to women who have, or will experience it. Plus, it gives the men who are not respectful, who wish to be dominant more fodder to excuse rape culture. Think about it inside your head, but don’t post shit like that online. I’ve been watching nature shows for over 40 years, in many of them, they show animals mating in the wild. I also grew up on a farm. I have never seen a female animal be raped by a male animal. Ever. When in heat, she might attract 5-6 interested males, but ultimately, the female always chooses who to procreate with. Humans are the only animals who use sexuality to dominate and it is not natural, it’s aberrant and wrong.
