While I agree with you that men’s issues have generally been minimalized and shouldn’t be, to say that men bring no drama is not correct in my experience. I worked for ten years in a mainly women’s organization, then another ten years in a male-dominated field and by far, there was much more dissent, drama and backbiting in the landscape industry. Stating that women bring dram and men don’t, is an untrue and diminishing stereotype.
