Yep, this morning my partner had 4 of the 8 symptoms of COVID. When we Googled where to find a test, every provider requires an appointment, and you have to fill out a time-consuming tracking record before you get to the screen that tells you there are no appointments available until a week from now. Which means if he has COVID, by the time he could be tested, he would be done with quarantine. We've both had both shots plus the booster, so it's unlikely, but it would be best to know for sure. It's crazy that over 2 years in, we don't have any infrastructure for available testing. It's likely due to the fact that someone only makes money when it's scarce, but at this rate, we will never overcome this situation....
